- Routine computer maintenance including removing temporary files, scan disk, disk defragment
- Removal of any Ad ware / spy ware programs
- Virus scan and removal (if any are found)
- Download and install any free operating system updates available
- Download and install any free updates for installed software
- Physically clean the computer (inside and out)
For Windows XP machines only. All work on Windows Vista machines will be charged our standard hourly rate.
Call 573-364-4950 in advance to schedule the day to drop off your computer at our shop, generally if you drop your machine off before 9am you will be able to pick up up after 4 pm the same day. When you bring in your computer all you need to bring is the computer unit itself - no cords, keyboard, mouse, monitor or printer. Unless you need us to work on one of those items as well.
For an on-site tune up the price will be our regular hourly rate of $45 per hour. Depending on the speed of your internet connection the tune up could take up to 5 hours. We can come and collect your machine, bring it to our shop and return it when the tune up is finished for the standard package price plus an addtional $10 pickup/return charge.
