What is wrong with the Windows XP firewall?
I do not think you will find what you are looking for.
Firewall software is pretty basic. You provide it a list of ports to block and then it either blocks the traffic or allows it. The Windows XP firewall does this just fine.
If you are wanting something more than a firewall -- such as NAT (network address translation) or port forwarding -- then please provide more information on what you are trying to do.
What specifically do you need that the Windows XP firewall does not provide?
